Shipping and Returns


Shipping and handling is currently free to all addresses in the United States.  

All orders are sent Priority Mail by the United States Postal Service and include insurance and tracking.  Other delivery services such as UPS and FedEx will be considered.  

Direct delivery of wholesale orders to business addresses in the greater Portland metropolitan area will also be considered.

International Shipping

Rose City Artworks is not equipped for international orders at this time. 

Damaged Shipments

Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge to the buyer upon receipt of the original item within the first 14 days after confirmation of receiving the order.   Do not discard any of the original packaging and please contact us immediately for further return instructions.  

For wholesale orders in the greater Portland metropolitan area, replacements may be delivered directly to the business address at which time the original item will be exchanged for the replacement.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within the first 30 days of receiving your order less actual shipping costs.  Shipping, handling, insurance and tracking costs for returns are the responsiblity of the buyer.   

We recommend insurance and tracking be used for all returns and exchanges.  Items must arrive in the condition originally received including original packaging for adequate protection of the item(s).   Please include a copy of the receipt and your contact information with all returned items.  Confirm the purchase order number is clearly visible on the receipt.

Canceled Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us.  If you are unhappy with the time estimates for artwork that requires production time, you may choose to cancel your order prior to payment.  Simply reply back in the email with the option to cancel or dismiss the message and your order request will expire after the specified time in the notice.  

If actual production time exceeds the agreed upon estimates, you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.  

Once orders have shipped, you may choose to return them for a refund less actual shipping costs.  

If you are unsatisfied with your artwork, you may return it for a refund less actual shipping costs.

If you are ordering multiples and would like to see a sample run prior to production, let us know!  We can make arrangements for wholesale buyers to purchase a single variation of an item prior to multiple runs.
